Tiny Tent Magic tents are the size of a twin bed, with the mattress fitting inside. (4’ x 7’ each)
We recommend the following room sizes for reference.
4 tent party: 9’ x 15’
6 tent party: 13’ x 15’
8 tent party: 17’ x 15’
It is very important that you move any furniture out of the way prior to delivery and set up. Please make sure you have an open area, a clutter free room, and a safe space for the kids to sleep.
It is your responsibility to make sure there is enough space to accommodate the tents set up with an open and unobstructed walkway to allow guests to get in and out of the tents safely.

Prior to arrival: You are responsible for prepping the party room so that the furniture is moved (if needed), the floor is tidy, and your pets are secured.
Set up: For a sleepover party, we typically come the morning or afternoon of the party. Set up takes about 1-2 hours, depending on the number of tents.
Tear down: Typically happens between 9-11am the day post party. We handle everything: tent tear down, mattress deflation and haul away linens and decor. You do not need to wash anything!
We will work with you to schedule times that work for you.

YES!
All sheets and blankets are washed after each event in fragrance free and hypoallergenic laundry detergent and sanitized in high heat.

Our parties are for everyone, including teens and tweens. We typically won’t recommend for kids under age 6.

No. We a responsible for the prep, set up and tear down. We don’t stay for the party.

Our tents are larger and more spacious than many other tent sleepover companies. They zip up fully for privacy, and fit a twin size (6 ft long) mattress. For all these reasons we think our tents are perfect for teens and tweens! The littler kids love the extra space as well.

We do not hold a license to provide food.

Kids are allowed to have water bottles and dry snacks in the tents. No sticky, wet or stain-prone foods in the tents please.
The client is liable for any stained or damaged gear.

We serve clients in the Eden Prairie, MN and surrounding suburbs. If you are outside of this area and would like a quote, we may be able to provide party services with a fuel-surcharge.

We require full payment to book the party.
We know that life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to reschedule, or refund if needed.
If your party is within 7 days and you need to cancel, we will do our best to reschedule, but will not be able to refund your payment.

Yes! We’d love to chat if you have a custom experience in mind.
We have 15 years of event planning experience in the corporate world — everything from small curated dinner parties to large scale conference events, dinners and parties — so we are open to chatting about your needs outside of the Tiny Tent Magic framework as well.

Kids should bring a pillow and pillowcase from home, for sanitary purposes. We provide sheets and two medium weight fleece blankets per bed.
If your child tends to get cold, they may want to bring an extra blanket.

At this time, we do not set up at apartment complexes or short-term rentals, hotels or condos.
